Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments, cancellations and refunds.

This policy explains how the commencement payment is treated, what happens if a project is cancelled or paused, and how to raise a concern.

Review required before accepting live payments. This is a professionally structured placeholder document prepared for Fuller Websites. It must be reviewed and adjusted for the business before live payments are accepted. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Commencement payment

The A$750 commencement payment, requested after the Agreement and Scope of Work is signed, reserves your project position and funds planning and initial development work. Because that work begins promptly, the commencement payment is generally non-refundable once planning or development has commenced.

Before work commences

If you cancel before any planning or development work has commenced, contact us and we will assess a refund of the commencement payment less any payment-processing fees incurred.

Cancellation during development

If a project is cancelled after development has begun, amounts already paid cover work completed to that point. Any unpaid balance for work already delivered remains payable, and no further work is undertaken.

Final balance

The final A$750 balance becomes due when you approve the website or when the two included revision rounds are complete, whichever occurs first. Cleared final payment is required before Fuller Websites completes the final domain connection, launch service and handover assistance.

Paused or inactive projects

If required content or feedback is not supplied for an extended period, a project may be paused. Paused projects can usually be resumed; substantial delays may require a revised quote if requirements have changed. If no client response is received for 14 days, the project may be paused. If no response is received for 30 days, the project may be archived and rescheduled according to availability.

Care plans

Monthly care plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Unused monthly update time does not roll over and is not refundable.

Third-party charges

Domain registration fees, platform plans, email subscriptions and other third-party charges are paid directly to those providers and are subject to their own refund policies.

Raising a concern

If something is not right, email contact@fullerwebsites.com.au with your submission reference and we will work through it with you. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
