The terms of working together.

The Website Launch Package covers the inclusions published on our Pricing page. Additional pages, features, integrations and advanced systems are outside the package and are quoted separately after review.

• Total standard package: A$1,500
• Commencement payment: A$750, requested after the Agreement and Scope of Work is signed
• Final balance: A$750
• The final balance becomes due when the client approves the website or when the two included revision rounds are complete, whichever occurs first.
• Cleared final payment is required before Fuller Websites completes the final domain connection, launch service and handover assistance.

Optional extras marked “from” require review and written confirmation before they are charged.

• 7 days overdue: Further development and launch assistance are paused.
• 14 days overdue: A formal reminder may be issued.
• 30 days overdue: The project may be archived and its reserved development time released.
• Reactivation: Subject to availability. Any additional reactivation cost is disclosed and accepted before work recommences.

Your Lovable workspace, website, domain and connected accounts remain yours at all times. Fuller Websites does not take ownership of, delete, or restrict your access to a client-owned workspace.

If no client response is received for 14 days, the project may be paused. If no response is received for 30 days, the project may be archived and rescheduled according to availability.

You agree to supply accurate business information, content and files, and confirm you hold the necessary rights and permissions for all material provided. Project timelines depend on the timely supply of content and feedback.

2 consolidated revision rounds are included in the Standard Website Package. Each revision round is one coordinated set of feedback on the presented version. New pages, substantial redesigns, new features or other out-of-scope changes are quoted separately before work proceeds.

Included refinements may cover: supplied wording, supplied images, colours, typography, spacing, section order, page presentation, reasonable layout adjustments, calls to action.

The following are not automatically included as refinements: Additional pages; New systems or integrations; Substantial new copywriting; Complete rebranding; Replacing the approved design direction with an unrelated concept; Features outside the agreed project brief; Further changes requested after the two included revision rounds.

Please provide feedback as one consolidated list at a time. Corrections to broken functionality, errors, or anything that does not meet the agreed scope are not treated as paid revisions — they are simply fixed.

If the website meets the agreed scope but you wish to continue exploring additional ideas or changes after the two included revision rounds, further development is available at A$100 per hour or through a separately agreed fixed quote. You may also pause the project, with future work scheduled according to availability.

Your website is developed inside a Lovable workspace that you own, with Fuller Websites invited as an editor. Work completed as an editor uses the credits attached to your workspace. Platform plans, domain fees and third-party subscriptions are paid by you, directly to those providers. On final payment, the completed website, workspace, domain and connected accounts remain yours.

We do not guarantee search rankings, sales or enquiry volumes. Fuller Websites does not provide legal, financial or regulatory advice. Ongoing maintenance is provided only under a care plan or separately approved work.
